1. YOUR CONSENT IS IMPORTANT TO US

1.1 Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to SMOOSHIEJUICE (“we” or “us”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) will describe how we collect, process and use your personal data (as defined in the Act) and sensitive personal data (as defined in the Act) in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”), as well as your choices and rights in relation to your personal data.

(a)Online: from your interactions with us through our websites, mobiles sites, social media sites (collectively known as “Sites”), mobile applications and web applications (collectively known as “Apps”) that link to this Privacy Policy; or

(b)Offline: that we may collect your personal data offline or collect through your mobile phone or other linked electronic devices or receive from third parties;

for the purpose of provision of our services and any other features, technologies and/or functionalities offered by us on the Sites and the Apps (collectively, “SMOOSHIEJUICE”).

However, if this is necessary in order for us to provide SmooshieJuice or part of the SmooshieJuice or to perform any tasks or other services that you had requested for, we may be unable to perform them. 

1.4 By providing your personal data to us or accessing the Sites or the Apps or using the SmooshieJuice, you are agreeing and consenting to this Privacy Policy and the collection, use, access, transfer, storage and processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

3.WHY WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

3.1We will only collect personal data where it is necessary for us to perform certain tasks or services (including Smooshie Juice Online Store Services) requested by you or related to our dealings with you.

(i)send unpaid order, invoices and payment reminders to you, and collect payments from you;

(l)send you our email newsletter, if you have requested it (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require the newsletter);

(d) the subscriber who has subscribed to a Smooshie Juice Online Store Services subscription plan and under whose subscription plan you are using and accessing Smooshie Juice Online Store Services, if consented to, by you (for example, if you are an employee using Smooshie Juice Online Store Services under your employer’s subscription plan, your employer will have access to certain parts of your personal data on Smooshie Juice Online Store Services); 

(e) law enforcement agencies or governmental agencies to the extent that we are required to do so by law;

(f) facilitate any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights; and/or
